Stress is a most important cause to our health problems.Stress can cause us heart related problems,diabetes,obesity and many others. Meditation  can relieve you from stress and that will contribute to better health.Take out some minimum time from your daily routine and try meditating. You will feel more positive and optimistic day by day. You can handle your daily problems easily and be more efficient.
