The best time to meditate is morning. But if you can do it anytime you want. Before you start meditation wear loose clothes. Then burn a candle , sit in front of that candle. If you can switch of all other lights. Close your eyes and try to see the flame in between your eyebrows.
When you start all kinds of thoughts will come but slowly these worries will disappear .It will take sometime to concentrate but don't get discouraged .It will definitely show results.

I would like to suggest a 30 seconds video of correct calmness allow a person to feel for some period of time what the inner knowledge is — where the mind and body are not split into two separate halves but are united.
No matter what part of the gymnastics one would watch (20-30 seconds is enough) the results are the same — a state of deep relaxation, which is easy to prove.

I use it all the time, it is especially great at work. Right before you get into a stressful dialog or after. I watch this video to help me stabilize my mental frame work and breathing.
Yes, I agree with you. When I was suffered because of stress my friend suggest me to try hypnosis. After trying hypnosis from the site www.thoughtsbecomereality.co.uk I found a good improvement in my self confidence and self control. And able to control my stress and able to relax myself. Thanks for sharing such a great information.
You can use meditation for stress relief and to achieve better physical, emotional and mental health. This is nothing to do with mysticism, it is just a plain old scientific fact that the state of mind that meditation can achieve has benefits that apply to all these things. The best thing though is that anyone can do this and it is not really that hard as long as you keep a slightly open mind you too can get good results from meditating.
The reason for this is that you can make changes to your subconscious and your conscious mind while meditating and the relaxation techniques you apply when in meditation will also lower the level of stress hormones that cause a lessening of the immune system which will improve your health and well being.
Here are a few tips you will need to do this:
* Make it a habit - Meditating just once or as a reaction to stress will not give much lasting benefit. If you set aside just 20 minutes a day to do this you will get an exponentially greater reward in terms of stress relief than if you do it reactively.
* Pick a good place - As a beginner at least make sure your meditation space will give you privacy without interruption for a while, be quite and also be comforting and relaxing in nature.
* Use good posture - You are going to be sitting (or lying down) for a good 20-30 minutes so make sure your spine is straight and that you are comfortable because your meditation will be broken if you are uncomfortable.
